The print on demand edition is almost ready for publishing!

Following the layout changes, I've updated the rules text to better clarify some aspects and also to establish some key elements that later can be exploited on expansion packs. For example, the Damage a Weapon causes beyond a Threats' Power is now called Residual and some Effect might put it to use in the future.
