Additionally, the following copyright text must be included somewhere in the product and on any website where you promote or sell it:

'CBR+PNK' and its associated logos and iconography are copyright Emanoel Melo and are used with permission.

Compatibility Logo and Creator Toolkit

This license allows (but not requires) you to incorporate the 'Compatible with CBR+PNK' logo into your work.

Additionally, the license grants you the right to use the ‘CBR+PNK Creator Toolkit’, that comprises various graphic elements, a brochure template, and a specialized typeface for official iconography.

You may recolor and resize those to suit your project needs, but the logo and the icons should not be significantly altered in any other way.

Restrictions

1. Usage of the CBR+PNK Compatibility License is explicitly prohibited for individuals who promote or hold bigoted, fascist, or dehumanizing views, including but not limited to nazis, homophobes, and transphobes. If in doubt whether this applies to you, it does.

2. All the attribution text must be presented clearly legible in the same font size as the rest of the works’s copyright section.

3. You may not copy or translate any specific art or text from existing CBR+PNK materials unless you have obtained explicit permission to do so. Your work must be original.

4. The mechanics and rules of CBR+PNK may be freely referenced, provided that such usage also falls under the Forged in the Dark license. It is advisable to review the Forged in the Dark license itself to ensure a clear understanding on this.

5. You may not imply in any capacity that this is an official CBR+PNK product or a direct collaboration or sponsorship with Emanoel Melo, The Cabinet of Curiosities, Mythworks, or other official publishers of CBR+PNK.

6. You may not use the license to create anything that would be either harmful or detrimental to Emanoel Melo, The Cabinet of Curiosities, Mythworks, or other official publishers of CBR+PNK.

7. Emanoel Melo, The Cabinet of Curiosities, Mythworks, or the other official publishers of CBR+PNK take no responsibility for any legal claims against your product.
